This course is designed for advanced students whose English proficiency is at level B2 or higher according to the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages (CEFR).
The course is based primarily on the textbook English for Contract and Company Law (Sweet & Maxwell, 3rd edition), supplemented by materials reflecting Slovak legal realities.
